Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted in order to develop flavors such as smooth milk chocolate, gentle citrus and a soft, easy-going character. This mellow roast is perfect to soothe your muscles and mind whether you're relaxing during a hectic weekday or winding up at the weekend.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After the coffee 1kg is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth, caressing mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced to the winter days spent on the sofa, reading a good book with a warm family hug. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from being over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just been boiled. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge, and then enjoy.
