If a bitcoin miner produces a block that does not follow the rules of the Bitcoin protocol, then Bitcoin nodes will reject the block and the miner will lose out on their chance to win the block reward. Bitrefill CEO Sergej Kotliar then gave a talk about his experience running a commercial service on the Lightning Network.
