Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions can be a great way to acquire weapons, gear, and more. They're difficult to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a special slot that allows you to carry pistols into the course of. Some people employ it to help achieve certain achievements, particularly those who aim for Suit Only. Others simply prefer to have the extra pistol as an extra weapon to close the gap. If you are using this slot, you need to keep in mind that you'll have to click the corresponding pistol category button, like the alternative slot 2 for machine guns, to select the appropriate category. Having Major Expedition and Adept Rider on makes it simpler. This combo will add a damage tick every 10 seconds from the Concealed Weapon in the event that it is slotted.

Slot for items being smuggled

The smuggled item slot is an amazing feature that allows players to bring weapons and other tools into the game, but it can be improved. It's currently shaped as the shape of a pistol, making it difficult to distinguish the weapon slot smuggled by smugglers from other slots for gear.

These planning options increase as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players to create the perfect mission for each difficulty.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will find their gear slots quickly get full, resulting in the common "Your Gear Slots are full" message which prevents Max from picking new equipment until the old ones are removed or space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They provide an increase in inventory space to complete challenging missions. However, because many of these challenges are scattered across the world and could be overlooked, it may take an extended time to obtain the largest amount of inventory slots in the game.

Each player can have up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. These are to be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to breaking in. Each gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like Grenades of the same kind) only uses one Gear Slot.

Agency pick-ups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you store an item that does not fit into your weapon or gear evoplay slots compatibility and retrieve them later.

These pickups are useful if your mission requires you to go through a frisk or you have a weapon on you that could cause suspicion. You can only conceal one item in a pickup location.

This DLC also includes new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. To begin these missions, simply contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Once you've reached the mission marker be sure to identify a group upon arrival.
